Service Description
As simple as it sounds, change is anything but easy. It takes drive, motivation, and strategy to change our habits— especially if we’ve been doing & eating things a certain way for a long time. Most of all, it takes support— and that’s where I excel. During our time together, we will discuss your health goals, your current diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, self-care, work-life balance, and where your food is coming from (homemade vs takeout or delivery).
