Sweet Potato Toast
1 large sweet potato
Pomegranate seeds, bananas, blueberries
Avocado, mashed with sea salt
Slice the sweet potato lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Place the sweet potato slices in the air fryer on 400 until cooked through. (approx. 10-20 mins, or your desired texture)
Top with mashed avocado with Himalayan salt, tomato, nut butter or banana slices/fresh berries
